About Peri Phoenix

As an avid biohacker and a former medical researcher with a degree in Biomedical Science, I was incredibly frustrated that most of my information around perimenopause was coming from ads on social media. I am also not content to simply cope through perimenopause. I want to keep rock climbing and traveling, continue performing at a high level at my job as a Vice President in a Fortune 500 company, and have amazing sex. I started Peri Phoenix because I have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours consulting specialists, trawling through research, testing supplements, and biohacking procedures and wanted to share it with you.

I summarize all available research, develop actionable checklists, collate recipes, and tell stories of amazing women.

My Mission

Inspire, Not Scare

In contrast to social media, my mission is to inspire and not scare you. I want to do this by sharing empowering stories of women who have thrived during perimenopause and building a community for you to learn from and lean on.

 

I am fortunate enough to live in Boulder, Colorado where I have met many women who are still have excellent brain function and athletic ability well into their 70s. â€‹

Focus on foundational health, not just symptoms

So much of information out there involves symptoms because discomfort sells. But what women need are solutions that work every moment for years, not just ones that sometimes work for a few minutes.

By focusing on foundational health, I want to share with you many low-cost, simple things that you can do today that will alleviate multiple symptoms.

Help You Understand You

Perimenopause is a uniquely individual journey. You have to remember that when it comes to your body and your hormones, no expert will be 100% accurate about you. YOU are the only expert on you.

 

I want to help you tune into your experience by giving you clear tools and steps to identify your baseline, monitor changing trends, and learn to assess the best solution for you.
